    Arrived to be shown a room with a refrigerator that had leaked all over the floor. We were delighted to be upgraded to a one bedroom suite. Unfortunately the bathroom smelt strongly of sewage and excrement. The air conditioning was hard to control and fell like we woke up in a freezer. Worse still there was only lukewarm water in the shower… The breakfast was at best very poor. Helpful and delightful staff but cleanliness of bathroom was exceptionally disappointing.

    Hello, the hotel is New and calm, i would like to thank the Front desk friend for doing his best for finding a King bed room instead of 2 single beds, “can’t remember the name” but it was in the afternoon shift” The rooms are good But the bathroom mat very big also the slippers should becareful for old people or everyone to use it if the floor wet because is dangerously slippery, Thank you!
